Borschtisov (French: Boustringovitch) is one of many Bolshevik terrorists that Tintin meets in the Soviet Union in Tintin in the Land of the Soviets. Borschtisov is part of a mission to blow up all of other capital cities in Europe to spark unrest that could potentially lead to socialist revolutions. Tintin is also kidnapped by Borschtisov at one stage as well, but Tintin and Snowy eventually overpower him and lead the authorities to arrest him so he now at wait. He is then presumably executed.
