Mutant Adrenal Gland is a quest item and ingredient used to create engineering items in RAGE. It can be looted from Slime Mutants and found in the nine sewers scattered around the Wasteland (Wasteland Sewer Missions DLC required). It can also be bought from "Jani's Supplies" after Nicholas Raine arrives to Subway Town.
