[Source] The Hutt Council records were a set of information contained on a holodiary that detailed all of the Hutt Grand Council's criminal dealings. During the Clone Wars, it fell into the possession of Hutt crime lord Ziro Desilijic Tiure, which caused him to be targeted by Jabba Desilijic Tiure and the Hutt Council. After killing Ziro, Sy Snootles eventually retrieved the holodiary from the grave of Ziro Desilijic Tiure's father on Teth and delivered it to Jabba.
