Metal Mario is a robot designed by Dr. Mario when Bowser accidently discovered Immortus's Mind controller, he used it on Dr. Mario so he would build it, Bowser lacking skills in genetics, biology, physics or robotics does this because his Koopa Troopas constantly fail, Metal Mario was used to take down Metal Sonic and Mario while Bowser continues his schemes
