The Henchmen Union is a lesser division of the Evil League of Evil in which henchmen are recognized in the same manner as super villians like Bad Horse. Moist mentions the Henchmen Union when Dr. Horrible states he doesn't want to kill someone in order to join the E.L.E. However, Horrible refuses the suggestion and wants to be a full-fledged supervillain.
