Child actor Bruce Watt appeared in the untransmitted Coronation Street spin-off Rest Assured in 1972. After that he appeared in the parent programme as a Small Boy trying to buy a magazine in The Kabin in April 1974. He also appeared in the Jack Rosenthal-scripted Granada play Another Sunday and Sweet F.A in the same year (alongside Anne Kirkbride and Lynne Carol) as well as The Lovers! and Potter's Picture Palace.
