Queen Raylene Ackart (born July 24 1934) was the ruler of England and Wales from May 3 1953 until May 4 1960. Her internal policies included lower tax rates, the removal of price controls, strong punishment for crime and terrorism, and business privatization. She had also argued for more socially responsible economic policies. Her economic policies, based on state directed ideals, stood in opposition to the policies of Ireland, which Queen Raylene Ackart famously described as "Irish ultraliberalism". Since 1800
