Dyed feathers are decorative items which have little use. They can be the colour of any dye, and are easily crafted. They can be added to a dyed (or plain) Leather Hat to make a colourful set of headgear, although it offers no protection. They are worn in the hats of Hobbit Shirriff Chiefs (green), and Hobbit Shirriffs (white) of the Shire, as well as the Oddment Collectors (any colour) and some Bandits (white) of the wilderness.
