Esqueleto, also known as Escalofriante, are a post-war chem cartel who dominate the chem trafficking operations in urban Chihuahua, stationed in Cerro Prieto, Chihuahua City, ever-since 2200. Fierce like teased flames, baited by the fumes of petroleum; haunting as the skulls drawn on their faces, projecting death; dirty as the symbol branded on their patches, strung over their backs: From the ashes of the pre-war Federal Police and Cártel de Juárez arose the Esqueleto. They are known to throw crazy chem festivals every week to celebrate their ongoing existence, and as such, open up their camp for caravans and traders alike.
