Esqueleto, also known as Escalofriante, are a post-war chem cartel who dominate the chem trafficking operations in urban Chihuahua, stationed in Cerro Prieto, Chihuahua City, ever-since 2200. Fierce like teased flames, baited by the fumes of petroleum; haunting as the skulls drawn on their faces, projecting death; dirty as the symbol branded on their patches, strung over their backs: From the ashes of the pre-war Federal Police and Cártel de Juárez arose the Esqueleto.
