Because Royal dragonhide must be tanned into leather before it can be crafted, tanning the hides in bulk can be highly profitable. While regular tanning can be quite profitable on its own, using the lunar spell Make Leather (which tans five hides at once) can increase the profit by more than 50% while also giving decent Magic experience. The downside is that Make Leather must be unlocked from Livid Farm, which requires 489,200 produce points.
