Seeing as Maccha-Bently failed to qualify for the final, the whole nation was devestated. To prevent civil wars, Brugia has put Maccha-Bently under Brugian control, until their ruler, and therefore peace returns. Maccha-Bently won't be able to send songs until their ruler is back.
