Project. Once the company was taken over by Palmer Technologies Lead by Ray Palmer he asked his 2nd in Command Felicity Smoak to search and recover all Projects and Data from The Applied Science Division Database. Once the information was recovered there he discovered all the blue prints and information from O.M.A.C. Project including the blue prints of O.M.A.C. Exosuit.
