The Turtle Fur Company, ("Turtle Fur") is a designer and maker of head-wear and accessories for the Outdoor and Snow Sports industries. The company is currently based in Morrisville, Vermont having relocated from Stowe, Vermont where they were founded in 1982. They are known for their brightly colored and soft fleece products, which are celebrated for their ability to provide and maintain warmth, having been tested on the ascent to Mount Everest in 1987.
