Steiger is a character featured in RAGE. He is an old prospector located in the Ghost Territory, between the Hagar Settlement and the Ghost Hideout, near the Ark Area Sewers entrance hatch. Upon approaching him, he warns Nicholas Raine not to enter the sewers, as they are inhabited by mutants. However, he then mentions that mutants keep their treasures down there, enticing the protagonist to take it.
