Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon is an effect monster card that can be summoned by tributing a Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, which in turn is a fusion of three Blue-Eyes White Dragon cards. The ATK of this monster is increased by 300 points for each dragon-type monster on the Graveyard. This is especially useful since you will supposedly have at least four of them in there.
