The Agincourt was in Heaven's Gate with Free Trader-class freighter Mama's Boy carrying supplies for the TCS Concordia. Maverick arrived to its vicinity, and after sending the ID codes, he took the freighter with him to the Concordia. In the non-canon losing end of Wing Commander II: Vengeance of the Kilrathi, Novaya Kiev was lost to the Kilrathi and Agincourt left the system with 2 Kilrathi carriers on its tails. It desperately asked for docking clearance from the Caernarvon Station moments before contact was lost.
