Militia Pikemen (veteran) are Polish Commonwealth and Kingdom of Sweden conscripts armed with Simple Lances or Pikes. The Russian version is the Pike Militiaman (veteran). The in-game Polish Militia Pikemen do not show that they are veteran. You can notice they are veterans by the difference in weekly wages. They are the upgraded versions of Militia Pikemen.
