She shows up after Lisa Cuddy reports Olive's low weight to child protective services and catches the Kaplan's in the hospital trying to tell Gregory House that they followed the advice of a nutritionist and fed Olive whenever she was hungry. House gets angry at Cuddy for calling social services, but she says she did it to protect him as Vogler was just looking for another excuse to get him into trouble. She reminded House that he should have reported it himself even though he thought the parents were just stupid and not malicious.
