Dr. Valachi's Clinic was built in Little Italy after Izzy's Pawn Shop burned down suspiciously. Doctor Valachi soon became known as something of a snake-oil salesman, though he was still favoured by many low-level enforcers, especially those in the employ of the Tattaglia family.
