Haliburton is an old houseboat who lives at Old Dock Number 23 in The Big Harbour. Theodore once thought Haliburton was a haunted houseboat, making him scared. Thanks to Foduck, Theodore and Haliburton became fast friends. Haliburton was once afraid of Bobby Barge, but soon Theodore introduced Bobby to Haliburton and soon no one was afraid.
