This Genjutsu is activated when the target hears the voice of the user. The victim was believed to fall uncontrollably in love with the user but in truth the jutsu suppress the will of the victim. The user then simply has to command the victim and they must obey them. However the victim acts like they are in love with the user and doesn't act like a mindless puppet.
