Fukanouji Mizuakari is a Fullbringer from Fuyuki City, Japan, as well as an Alchemy specalist, which is a deluted form of Kido that humans are able to learn. Fukanouji was once a member of the Albatross Syndicate, as one of their Human World headquarters was in Fuyuki City, but was exiled due to his deplorable and sadistic personality and actions, and his cold sociopathic tendencies. He's had many encounters with Shinigami while in Fuyuki City, and has shown the ability to fighit on par with 4th Seat Level Shinigami or lower, and has the intelligence to usually escape from those he can't fight head on. He's the primary antagonist of Bleach: Sanctuary .
