Adam Carter is a French-born intelligence officer working for MI6, the foreign intelligence branch of the British Government. He was instrumental in helping to extract Jake Muller from a plaga-controlled village in Afghanistan and assisted Brian McFarlane and his S.T.A.R.S team in tracking the puppeteers behind the incident.
