The RG4EXFM1 features a basswood body with a flamed maple top and a white binding bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a color-matched headstock and a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include Ibanez Infinity pickups, an Edge III double locking tremolo bridge and a locking nut. The RG370DX is a similar model without the exotic top. The RG4EXFM1 was replaced for 2010 by the RG4EXQM1 which is similar except it has a quilted maple top.
