Kaimetsu-uo's Satchel, or Kaimetsu-uo's Furoshiki, was a plain empty silken bag crafted by an industrious Mantis shugenja who learned how to harness the power of a storm's strong winds into a simple sack so it could literally be carried about and used on command. They were often used as "emergency power" for the sails on a Mantis kobune.
