Daphne Valiquette (née Kitt) was the wife and killer of Noah Valiquette. As she wanted the large sum of money that they would have got if they sold the Code Breaker he designed, but he refused fearing it would fall into the wrong hands. She dressed up as a clown, because Noah was extremely afraid of them and then killed him with a gun shot.
