The Fire Investigator carried out an inspection of the bodyshop of Webster's Autocentre after it was torched by Andy Carver and on the instructions of Pat Phelan in January 2017. He quickly found the keys to the premises that Andy had dropped on the floor in his rush to escape the conflagration, and later broke the news to Kevin Webster and Tyrone Dobbs that he was handing the matter over to the police as he was sure that it was a case of arson.
