The Philadelphia Victorian Hotel is where Cory and Topanga got married in. It was only seen in It's About Time when they were going to get married. At the end of the wedding Eric gives the two a key to one of the best rooms in the nice hotel but they lose the privilege to stay there because they get caught on the same day in the next episode.
