The Pact Territory is a region that appears in Cyrodiil in The Elder Scrolls Online. The Region is occupied by the Ebonheart Pact. The Gates of Chalman, Horunn, and Winter mark the borders of the Pact Territory and the Covenant Territory while the Alessia, Culotte, and Niben Bridges mark the borders of the Pact Territory and the Dominion Territory.
