The User concentrates plasma chakra in their palm until it becomes extremely bright, then raises their hand in the sky, towards the Sun. Seconds later, the suns rays get amplified and the super heated plasma of the Suns surfaces streches from the sky and swirl around the user arm until it forms 2 large rings of over radiated super heated plasma. The user can then sling the rings at their opponent, of whom they will follow until the hit the target. If the rings of Plasma get close to objects, they will get burned or scorched if not incinerated. This technique is exteremely powerful and hot.
