Scar of Tarou inflicts the injury of a country mouse's wounded spirit onto the enemy. Heal, Cure and Clearance can cancel the effect. Can not be used to boss monsters. When base level is over 30, there's a chance the skill will be activated again. For every 30 base levels, the activation chance is increased.
