The Flower Festival takes place on the 14th of Spring in Harvest Moon: Animal Parade. Townsfolk gather to watch cherry blossoms in the beautiful spring evening. It takes place in Harmonia Town in the Celesta Church Plaza in between 6PM and 11PM. If you arrive early, you can socialize, but the official festival will not take place until 6PM. If you are inviting a date, or attending with your family, the event for the festival will trigger at 7PM.
