Phantom Ember is an enemy that appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door found in the Palace of Shadow and the Pit of 100 Trials. They can set Mario and his partners on fire, due to being a sub-species of Podoboo and being made of fire. They appear to be green fire with yellow eyes. They also have a very similar appearance to Lava Bubble.
