Bobby Ray Franklin (born October 5, 1936) is a former American football safety for the Cleveland Browns. He played as a quarterback for Ole Miss in college, and currently is the head football coach st Northwest Mississippi Community College. On June 25, 2010 he was inducted to the Mississippi Association of Coaches Hall of Fame.
