The High Command was the military leadership council of the First Order. General Armitage Hux was a part of the High Command. Twice a day, the High Command would broadcast recorded speeches, most often from General Hux himself, to its stormtroopers through holoprojectors detailing the deplorable conditions of the New Republic and the First Order's alleged many victories over the Republic.
