Riding with Halfhand is an epic ballad concerning the fortunes of the Human chieftain Halfhand and his battles with the Orc-king Urlgar. It is sung in parts of Allansia and at the time of the action of Demonstealer it was sung by Gantril to Chadda Darkmane to stay awake during the long nights on sentry.
