The only floor accessible to citizens is the ground floor where they can deposit and withdraw credits from their bank accounts. The second floor has an employee bathroom, a photocopy room and some offices. There are also offices on the third floor. On the top floor is the security room and command center. Behind the first floors vault door is an elevator leading to the underground vault.
