Doctor Shot is a minor villain in the Nightmare Ned game. He appears to be the Medical Shadow's main and most dangerous underling, appearing in the dentistry section of the Medical Nightmare. Whenever Ned would get hurt by certain obstacles, such as the roof of the mouth-like environment coming down on him, Doctor Shot would instantly appear and stab Ned with needles. If this happens enough times, then Ned is sent back to the quilt and loses an hour of time. If Ned can get to the end in time, then Doctor Shot will fall into needles himself, presumably being destroyed.
