M-03-21 was a medical file regarding the injuries and deaths of several workers in the city of Morjanssik on Dac following a fire in the central shaft of Level 12, Sector B, after a processor ignited. Two workers succumbed to smoke inhalation, while six others were admitted to the infirmary.
