The Ball Shooter (ボールシューター Bōru Shūtā?) is a boss that appears in Sonic the Hedgehog 3. It is the first of three bosses fought at the end of Launch Base Zone Act Two before the relaunch of the Death Egg. It takes eight hits to be destroyed. In Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles, Knuckles skips this boss battle completely.
