Esherik is the mysterious advisor to the King of hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: The Sword of Pacts. He arrives unexpectedly at korika village at the beginning of the story to look for the Crest of Winds. Orol tells him that he has someone who will find the crests. He then leaves. Later Orol reveals that he and Esherik both tried out for Royal Advisor a decade ago and that Esherik took the position. Orol still doens't trust him, but he has put his differences with him to help Hyrule. Esherik is a Sheikah, and tends to ridicule and undermine Orol because of the strife between them.
