The EM1 New Conglomerate Light Machine Guns, contrary to the NC's typical slow rate of fire/high damage weapons, features a comparatively high rate of fire and a 100 round magazine (200 with the Extended Magazines) which can be reloaded quickly, with the trade-off of lower damage per bullet. It lacks the raw damage output of other NC LMG options, but its large volume of fire and low downtime makes it an effective midrange support/suppression fire weapon.
