Barley is a character in Harvest Moon 64. He lives on the summit of Moon Mountain with his wife, Sydney where they run the Moon Mountain Restaurant. He and his wife haven't had much business since the bridge has been broken, but he and Sidney are both very kind. If you give Barley a turnip, he will give you the recipe for Turnip & Cabbage Preserves. His favorite gifts are herbs.
