Debi is one of Catherine's high school friends. She makes her first appearance in Muffy Gets Mature, with Tami and Angi. All three are friends of Catherine. Debi makes a cameo in "Muffy Goes Metropolitan" in Crown City, which could mean that she moved to or was visiting the city.
