A Justiciar of Tyr was a member of a special prestige class of law-enforcers, magistrates, and judges. The Justiciars acted as the elite servants of Tyr, the living embodiment of their patron god's portfolio. To become a Justiciar, one was required to show combat prowess, spellcasting abilities, skill at diplomacy, and great knowledge about laws and religions. They defended the calm and the orderly, detected chaos and lies, and punished anarchists.
