The Blackwater Tactical Team outfit is an outfit worn by Blake Dexter's personal security force at the Blackwater park building. There are two versions of this outfit. One worn by stationary guards and by Layla Stockton's bodyguards. Layla's bodyguards outfit differs in that they wear balaclava, headset and ballistic goggles. Their disguise can only be seen by her other bodyguards.
