Agent Collins is a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation at the Austen field office. He is seen assisting Abbott and his team. In Green Thumb, he fails to cover the back entrance of the building, letting Jane escape from the FBI's custody. Agent Fischer warns him that there will be "a note in your file" as a result of this.
