Minister Victor Wright was the Minister of War of the Roman Empire, first during the war against Grindelwald and the following conflict known as the Great Time of Troubles, later returning the position during the war against the Consortium. As the Minister of War, he had near absolute control over the Imperial military, alongside that of the states and nations under Roman jurisdiction, making him one of the most powerful officials in the Imperial government. He was born in Canada, a country part of the Empire, unlike its mother-state, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
