Zhao Kiriyama was a human male Cipher agent of the Jedi Temple Security Force, and later an Alliance to Restore the Republic member. Serving the original Jedi Order as a Cipher, Zhao was Force-sensitive and was able to preform a Force technique in which he manipulated surrounding elements. He served them during the Clone Wars and later joined the Rebel Alliance, surviving Operation Knightfall. After the Galactic Civil War, Zhao served the New Jedi Order of Luke Skywalker was he revived the security force.
