Nuritin Balitang (pronounced noor-EE-tihn BAHL-ee-tahng) is a luarin Kyprish noblewoman. She is the matriarch of the Balitang family and the head of the luarin conspiracy. She is also the aunt of the late Mequen Balitang, and the great-aunt of Saraiyu, Dovasary, Petranne, and Elsren.
